If any delivered ad breaks one of our quality rules (for example a spelling error, text cut off, a claim you didn't give us, or a product that doesn't look like yours), tell us within 14 days and we'll rebuild it free.
If we haven't delivered within 7 days of receiving your complete brief, email us and we'll refund that order in full.
Because the ads are custom-made digital work, other refunds are at our discretion once work has started. We don't refund because an ad didn't perform, since results depend on many things outside our control.
Cancel any time before your next billing date. We don't charge for months after you cancel.
