Privacy policy

BB Data Services Limited trading as Outlast is the data controller for information you give us.

What we collect

• Your name, email, brand name and website
• Your brief answers, product photos, logo and any ads you upload
• Payment details, which are handled by Stripe. We never see your full card number.
• Basic analytics about how our pages are used

Why we use it

To deliver your order, contact you about it, and improve our service (legal basis: performance of a contract and legitimate interests).

Who processes it

Stripe (payments), Google (file delivery), our hosting provider, and AI service providers that generate copy and images from your brief. We don't sell your data.

How long we keep it

For as long as you're a customer, then up to 6 years for accounting records. Brief materials are deleted [12 months] after your last order unless you ask us to keep them.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction or deletion by emailing hello@outlastads.com. You can also complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk).
